Join as a Volunteer

Organizational needs for the DOTF Program will be directed by Wayne Pealo and the members of the planning committee. These committee members will also be responsible for providing the professional support and encouragement that will be one focus of the event. Each member will contribute to the support system in place during the retreat through the use of their specialization in relation to the treatment of and recovery from breast cancer in the areas of physical, social, emotional and psychological needs. Volunteers will be brought on as needed in order to assist with various aspects of the project.

Join as a Sponsor

We are seeking to raise $7000.00 to successfully organize and implement the project. This goal will allow us to provide the weekend package for participants at no cost. As well, we hope this pilot will allow us to secure future funding through a variety of community grants.

"Friend of the Event"

Financial Investment: Less than $750

Sponsorship Benefits

• Your organization will be listed as a friend of the event in any promotional and community outreach material.
• The opportunity to provide promotional materials and product give-a-ways during the event and for the Participant package.
• Ability to claim a relationship with the project in external marketing efforts.

Financial Investment: $750 - 1499

Sponsorship Benefits

• Your organization will be identified as a significant sponsor in any promotional and community outreach material
• The logo and name of you organization displayed on event signage
• The opportunity to provide promotional materials and product give-a-ways during the event.
• Ability to claim a relationship with the project in external marketing efforts.

Financial Investment: $1500 +

• The extent of your organization’s involvement with the project will be identified and addressed in any media communications.
